Community Outreach

As clean energy advocates, we educate homeowners, non-profit organizations, and businesses of all sizes on the transformative power of alternative energy. Our company's mission is to facilitate the participation of all segments of society in the distributed generation revolution. To this end, we work with public agencies, private investors, utility companies, and community leaders to advance clean energy projects on behalf of all segments of society.

Project Development

Thorough due diligence facilitates a smooth permitting and installation process and sets the course for interconnection with the grid. To that end, our project involvement includes any of the following: project consultant, co-developer, lead developer, or SPV/SPE sponsor. We work closely with installers, regulatory authorities, utility companies, and long-term O&M partners. Our network of financing groups, tax equity investors, and equipment providers allow our team to respond promptly with full service solutions.

Special Projects

Aside from our community-based and commercial activities, "CSW" seeks to advise local municipalities and government agencies in the areas of project analysis and procurement services. "CSW" recently launched a products and services platform (solarwindcatalog.com) designed to facilitate discussion, exploration, and a more transparent review of available energy system products for managers of residential, and commercial properties. In the fall of 2022, we expect to be launching a building efficiency consultancy (Sustainable Property Management) focused on reducing carbon emissions, sustainable urban rooftops, and incorporating electrical vehicle charging on commercial and residential properties.
