We work with community leaders, property owners, municipalities, businesses, investors, and the rest of the distributed generation ecosystem to develop community-based sustainable energy solutions.
Community Outreach
As clean energy advocates, we educate homeowners, non-profit organizations, and businesses of all sizes on the transformative power of alternative energy. Our company's mission is to facilitate the participation of all segments of society in the distributed generation revolution. To this end, we work with public agencies, private investors, utility companies, and community leaders to advance clean energy projects on behalf of all segments of society.
Thorough due diligence facilitates a smooth permitting and installation process and sets the course for interconnection with the grid. To that end, our project involvement includes any of the following: project consultant, co-developer, lead developer, or SPV/SPE sponsor.
We work closely with installers, regulatory authorities, utility companies, and long-term O&M partners. Our network of financing groups, tax equity investors, and equipment providers allow our team to respond promptly with full service solutions.
Project Development
Special Projects
Aside from our community-based and commercial activities, "CSW" seeks to advise local municipalities and government agencies in areas of project analysis and procurement services.
"CSW" has launched a clean energy products e-commerce platform www.solarwindsolutions.net designed to facilitate discussion, exploration, and a more transparent review of available energy system products for managers of residential, and commercial properties.
We recently launched an consultancy related to Sustainable Property Management focused on building efficiencies, urban rooftops, and electrical vehicle charging stations for multi-unit buildings. More recently, in light of the industry-threatening federal policy reversals, we have launched an advocacy newsletter titled Willow Creek published regularly on Substack.
